| The most important thing which we can teach our children is how to be individuals and to be who he or she really is. How many of us are adults perhaps even in our forties, before we realize who we really are and where we are really going? To be able to teach your child this from an early age, and to allow them to understand their inner selves and soul nature from dayone is perhaps one of the greatest gifts we can give them. With this inner knowledge our children can live in harmony with themselves and others from an early age and be open to develop to their full potential. From day one our children are unique and special. They are our promise for the future. Our lives do not begin as adults and therefore our charts should be examined by parents and teachers from birth. These charts will identify talents which would previously have remained hidden until later in life when they are, if the individual is lucky enough, finally discovered. I think we can all relate to this and the ‘ if only I had known then what I know now' scenario! The natal chart shows not only our hidden talents, but how we develop emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally. By studying the chart and the accompanying interpretation and applying this knowledge we can allow our children to begin fulfilling their pre-destined potential from day one. We can see what part of the body may suffer health issues, and what to do about this. We can also see a child's natural approach to learning and communication. The chart shows us how the shy and retiring child can be brought out of his or her shell simply by being taught gently to believe in themselves and being assisted rather than domineered by their parents and teachers. One can also see how the aggressive headstrong child can be calmed and directed by being shown boundaries and to understand that their friends and siblings have feelings too that need to be considered. We can also see how the artistic child can be taught through creativity rather than structured learning. With this insight we can give a true identity to our children of who they really and truly are, creatively and expressively. Self Acceptance is a big thing in today's society and is something we all battle with and often do not learn until we are well into our middle years. Just imagine having that self-acceptance and belief in yourself as a 20 year old, how much you could have accomplished by now? As we all know the most important thing a child needs to develop is love and in my opinion the second most important thing is a chart such as this. The combination of the unconditional love a parent bestows on their child, the information contained in a natal chart along with the insight of a clairvoyant overview, cannot help but produce a strong, confident, compassionate and loving individual fully aware of the talents and gifts they have to offer the world.
