SUN The Sun gives you light and life. It also represents how and where you shine. The Sun is the star of self-expression, ego-identity, leadership, honour, glory and pride. It shows where your main life lesson is to learn. This is your basic self and who you are.
MOON The Moon is an instinctive force. It is a symbol of your emotional life including such things as home, family, mother, dreams, feelings, the public, women and your early childhood. This is your feminine energy.
MERCURY Mercury describes patterns of thought, of learning and of assessing reality. Consequently it affects your self-image and your thinking process. This is the planet of communication.
VENUS The planet Venus is the force of affinity. Venus represents a good part of what you attract, cherish, enjoy and are receptive too. Venus describes much of what makes life worth living – among others, love and creativity.
MARS The planet Mars is the force of motivation and mobilisation. It is a symbol of your drive, action, energy and ambition. This is your male energy.
JUPITER The planet Jupiter is the force of encouragement and expansion. Jupiter's placement indicates what your most important beliefs are and where you have the opportunity for glory. It is where you need to grow the most. Jupiter expands whatever it touches.
SATURN The planet Saturn is the force of discipline. Saturn defines your duties, responsibilities and the structure of your life. Saturn represents mastery, efficiency, consolidation and dependability. Where Saturn is placed in your Chart, is where you have your hardest lessons to learn, and when you have learned them, this is where you will reap your biggest rewards.
CHIRON The position of Chiron in your birth chart denotes what and where you may teach or be taught. It is also where you can be healed and heal others. Chiron is known as the “wounded healer”.
URANUS Uranus is the force of liberation. Uranus is where you change unexpectedly and are surprised. Its where you are unusual, eccentric or extraordinary. Uranus is also linked to telecommunications. This energy is impulsive, spontaneous and innovative.
NEPTUNE Neptune represents fads, impressionability, style, glamour, imagination and inspiration. Neptune is the force of deep space and the force of consciousness expansion. Neptune also represents the energy of illusion, fantasy and idealism. This is a very creative and imaginative energy.
PLUTO Pluto is the force of cleansing. Pluto represents trust and violation of trust, control, obsessions and power struggles. Pluto is the force of transformation, and where we can most help ourselves. This is an emotionally driven/sense of mission energy.
NODES The Nodes represent points in space where the Moon's orbit crosses the orbit of the Earth as the Earth orbits the Sun. They represent the life we are coming from and what we are here to learn this time.
